You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (unless item is custom or designated as non-refundable in listing text). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship to the US and Canada. As all items are handmade and not mass produced, orders require processing time before shipping, generally 1-2 business days in most cases, possibly longer for large orders, this includes expedited shipping requests. Free shipping only applies to orders over $50 and does not apply to orders whose merchandise is returned resulting in the total sale equaling less than $50 or if more than 50% of the total sale is returned. Insurance will be applied to orders over $150 and will be the responsibility of the buyer should the items be returned.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Carefully package the item(s) in the original shipping box or a bubble-lined envelope and bubble wrapping to protect the product(s). You may choose to insure your package (at buyer's cost) to protect your purchase in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.
