US Postal money order: You can mail us a US Postal money order!

Standard shipping orders are shipped within 1-3 day turn around time. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays begin their turnaround time the following business day.

We do our very best to keep all of your favorite products stocked and available to you when you want them. In the event that we are out of something, we might suggest another product that we believe you will like just as well.

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for an exchange or credit.

If you are unsatisfied with your selection, we will issue you a refund or credit for the price of the products you returned (including tax, if any), once we receive your return package, providing the item(s) has not been used, in its original packaging, and is not damaged.

Unfortunately, Trace Ellements cannot refund the original shipping and handling fees, nor can it pay for the shipping and handling costs of the return.

Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive and process your refund. We will contact you via email to inform you that the refund has been issued.
